Where is Svanen situated and how can I get there?
Svanen is situated in the northern part of the city centre of the area Ängö,
about 1 km from the town centre.

Can I pay by creditcard?
Yes, you can. We accept all major creditcards.

Do I need a youth hostel membership card to stay at Svanen?
No, you don´t have to be a member to stay here.
Everyone is welcome to stay at the Youth hostel.

Do you have TV in the room and in that case which channels do you have?
We do have TV in the rooms at the hotel and in some of the rooms at the Youthhostel.
The channels we have are Channel 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, SVT 24, Barnkanalen/Kunskapskanalen,
BBC and Viasat Sport.

Shall I bring my own sheets and towels?
To the youth hostel you either bring your own sheets and towels or you rent it here.
In the hotel sheets and towels are included in the room price.

Do you have two-bedded rooms in the hostel?
Yes, we have two-bedded rooms in our youth hostel-part, both with and without two-floor beds.

When can I check in?
The check-in hours are between 15.00-18.00 and if you want to arrive later you have to call us before 18.00 upon the arrival day. The reception is open between 07.30-21.00 (during the summer season to 22.00)

Do you have a kitchen?
Yes, we have a guest kitchen. In the hotel price the breakfast is included and if you stay at the youth hostel you can buy breakfast for 70 SEK / person.

Can we take our dog with us?
No. We do not accept pets in any of our rooms.

Do you have non smoking rooms?
Yes, all our rooms and the whole building are a non smoking environment.

Do you have a conference room?
Yes, we do. Our conference room has space for 30 persons.
We can also arrange before dinner coffee, lunch and after dinner coffee.

Do you have a parking lot?
Yes, we have free parking here.
